CANCELLATION POLICY

*As a small business, every appointment counts. There is a 50% cancellation fee for appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to appointment and 100% cancellation fee for No-SHOWS.

 

*LATE ARRIVAL If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment WITHOUT communication, your appointment will be cancelled and charged 100% cancellation fee.

 

*PAYMENTS Please be aware that there is a 3.5% processing FEE for all card payments. To avoid this fee CASH & ZELL are accepted.
