CANCELLATION POLICY

*As a small business, every appointment counts. There is a 50% cancellation fee for appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to appointment and 100% cancellation fee for same day cancellations and No-SHOWS.

*BOOKING DEPOSIT:

We require a 20% booking deposit when booking an appointment online. This will be credited towards your service total at checkout. 

Please note: Our system does not automatically refund a booking deposit when an appointment is cancelled. You must contact our team directly to request your refund. 

 

*LATE ARRIVAL:

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment WITHOUT communication, your appointment will be cancelled and charged 100% cancellation fee.

 

*PAYMENTS:

Please be aware that there is a 3.5% processing FEE for all card payments. To avoid this fee CASH is accepted.
