This traditional service includes a 70-minute lymphatic drainage massage to reduce inflammation, fatigue, and water retention. The massage is performed using adjustable pressure across the entire face and body, followed by targeted cupping on the back to stimulate circulation and release tightness. Your treatment concludes with a complimentary 20-minute session in our state-of-the-art infrared sauna, featuring a shake plate and natural gemstones to further promote healing and detoxification. 
This relaxing service is designed for mothers-to-be during their second and third trimesters. This specialized treatment safely reduces swelling, water retention, and tightness in the legs, ankles, and feet, while promoting circulation and overall wellness throughout your pregnancy.
A restorative service designed to help postpartum clients recover and reconnect with their bodies after childbirth. This experience includes a 70-minute lymphatic drainage massage to ease inflammation, fatigue, and fluid retention. Performed with adjustable pressure on the face and body, the session includes back cupping to stimulate circulation and relieve muscle tightness, followed by a complimentary 20-minute session in our infrared sauna. For clients who gave birth vaginally, sessions can begin as soon as the day after childbirth. For C-section recoveries, we recommend waiting until you are at least two weeks postpartum or have received clearance from your doctor.
This restorative service gently restores circulation, minimizes swelling, and supports your natural recovery process. Each session focuses on releasing areas of fluid retention and encouraging balanced lymphatic flow to accelerate healing. This treatment may be performed with surgeon approval or once drains are removed. We recommend scheduling these sessions anywhere from the day after surgery up to 8 weeks post-op.
